Meet Heidi

I founded Sponsor Growth Solutions™ to provide emerging sponsors with the guidance and education I saw were missing in the industry. Over more than 20 years in financial services — across broker-dealers, RIAs, and product sponsors — I've developed and executed distribution strategies that have helped raise hundreds of millions of dollars. Having held senior leadership roles, including Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director, I pair go-to-market strategy and distribution insight with hands-on execution. After founding SGS, I launched Retail Readiness™ to demystify a channel that too often leaves first-time sponsors making crucial decisions without perspective and understanding of their impact.

I'm committed to giving back to the industry and community. I served as Co-Chair of ADISA's Education Committee, earned “Best Session” honors at the 2023 ADISA Annual Conference, chaired ADISA's 2017 Spring Conference, and served on its 506(c) working committee. I volunteer with Meals on Wheels Atlanta — where I was named 2023 Volunteer of the Year — and the French Bulldog Rescue Network. I hold an MBA from the Keller Graduate School of Management and a bachelor's degree in mass communications from St. Ambrose University.
